The Enemy

The Enemy One thing about believing in God with all of your heart; you also have to believe that there is a Satan and he is VERY REAL. In the beginning, Lucifer was one of God's children. He was in heaven among all of the other angels. Lucifer's ego got so big that he thought that he could be God. He and some of the angels that had begun to follow him instead of God, rebelled against God. The thing is that no matter how strong Lucifer's power is, it's still of no threat to the power of God. He is almighty after all! God cast him and his rebel angels into the place that came to be called hell. Though Lucifer or Satan or a hundred other names you can call him, was cast into hell and has no power over God, he can still get to us. He finds our all weaknesses and plays on them. Your desires, vices, addictions, lusts, or wants become the weapons he uses to get to you. When he sees that you want or think you need something to the point of excess, he starts whispering things in your ear or putting thoughts in your mind. Once he sees that you're listening, he's got you. Next thing you know, you're lieing, cheating, stealing, or worse to get what you want. He also tells you things like "Is that really so wrong?", or "Would that be so bad?". Soon enough, you don't know the difference between right and wrong anymore and you're just serving him. He's the prince of lies! Don't believe you'll get anything out of what he wants you to do. In the end, he only serves himself and he wants you to do the same. Anyway, I can't fit all the ways of the devil into one short message. I'll get deeper into the subject later if you guys want me to.
