'The Way' by JoseMaria Escriva This is one of the 999 points from the book I'm reading called 'The Way'. Each of the points help you to find God in your everyday life. This point hit me as very poignant. 382. When I made you a present of that 'Life of Jesus', I wrote in it this inscription: "May you seek Christ. May you find Christ. May you love Christ." These are three very distinct steps. Have you at least tried to live the first one? When I read this, I started thinking of how true and how simple this is about many of us. How many of us actually are determined to seek Christ in our day to day lives? How many of us have really found Christ in our daily lives? And, how many of us truly love Christ the way we should and submit our lives to himwith an honest heart. JoseMaria Escriva breaks down our walk wih Christ into terms so simplistic that we have no excuse for not being able to understand what we are to do in order to live a Christian life. We must seek Christ in our daily life.. We must find Christ in our daily life. We must show Christ our love in our daily life. If we live this way, no one would ever have to ask if we are a Christian or not. They'll know it by the way we live our life! Pete 8-24-09
