New Disciples and the Follow Me Tour

New Disciples and the Follow Me Tour Back in the spring, I got involved with a group of guys who were organizing youth rallies throughout the Carolinas and Virginias. It's called The Follow Me Tour and consists of the group of guys I joined taking a praise and worship singer, a couple of Christian music groups and a speaker to churches, outreach centers, coffee houses, and pretty much any other venue interested in having some good Christian fellowship. We've done 4 stops so far and still have 18 more on the schedule to date. All of the events so far have gone great. I'm thrilled that New Disciples Ministry has been able to be a part of it. The Follow Me Tour has a Myspace page and a Facebook page now, but doesn't have a website. I offered the guys space on our ministry's website for the tour and they accepted. So, now www.newdisciplesministry.com is happily hosting webspace for the Follow Me Tour. I'm happy to be helping the guys out with their webpages, but at the same time, the tour is great thing for New Disciples Ministry. It means that it is becoming more than just an online ministry. By me traveling with the guys, I'm able to give out flyers about us and now with me speaking I'm actually evangelizing in person instead of just in cyberspace. So, we're slowly growing closer to becoming a full-fledged ministry. God is taking us in new directions and I'm justing giving in and letting him pilot he ship.
